How do you help buyers to find the right properties for them?

I help buyers find the right properties with a unique system of home searches that will help the buyer uncover any potential deal that will help them give them the most bang for the buck.??

How do you make sure buyers get the best price for the property they are interested in?

— I compile a list of the homes in the area to give the buyer an informed evaluation of what the market is doing in that area. I will always tell my buyers that we will create an offer on what they feel the property is worth. It never hurts to try it. I then work on a narrative of the client to help me sell the listing agent and seller on why my clients would be the perfect homeowners for their property. This combination creates a positive sales experience for both the buyer and seller while getting the best price.??

What do you do to help market the properties your clients are selling?

— I have a Unique Selling Strategy that involves a list of ready buyers that I can bring to the table right away. From my years of experience, networking and general knowledge of the area, it helps the seller know that they are getting a professional working aggressively for their interest.??

How do you ensure your sellers get the highest price?

— Alot of this is done before the home hits the market. I work with a professional home stager to put the home in the best sellable condition. I suggest any repairs to be made and work with the sellers on creating the best atmosphere for any potential showings.??

What do you recommend sellers do to make sure their selling process is smooth?

— It will almost never seem smooth but I assure them that I will do everything I can so that it is a smooth process for them. The key is giving the home owner every possible marketing advantage to bring the most qualified clients through their home. If priced correctly, the home will sell in a reasonable time frame at the highest price possible.
